Selby Bush is currently the Corporate Affairs Manager at BHP and serves as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University, where she attended graduate school. Selby has a range of legislative experience since entering the workforce with a graduate degree in political management, and she started off as a key aide to U.S. Senator, Tom Coburn and for the Republican National Committee's Victory Campaign in 2008. Her husband, Dave Lilley, is the CEO of Trinity Hughes Construction based in Wichita Falls, Texas, and is on the Board of Directors of the Lilley, Land, and Livestock Co., which he is a fourth generation scion of. He was awarded Wichita Falls businessman of the year in 2010 and on Time Record News Inaugural "20 under 40" list for North Texas in 2010.

Selby and Dave now have a six month old son, Conrad, who brings them immeasurable joy and presents them with new "personal development" opportunities each day.
