Monica Krishnan began her career at BASF Chemicals and worked as a Mechanical Engineer before leaving to complete her MBA. She started at Chevron after completing her MBA. In her 15 years at Chevron, she has worked in various groups in both Upstream and Downstream.
In her current role as Technology Deployment and Adoption Manager, she manages cross company teams working in Chevron. Her group, Chevron Technology Ventures (CTV), evaluates, develops, and commercializes emerging technologies that are expected to benefit Chevron’s base.
She is married and has two children and loves spending time with her family and enjoys volunteering. She is on the Board for Girlstart, a nonprofit organization that promotes education of STEM for young girls.
