Why am I not receiving emails for password resets?

Email filters vary from system to system. It’s possible that your emails might have gone to your other box or you spam folder. Please check for our emails in one of those folders. Please also make sure you add @pinkpetro.com to your safe senders list.

Be sure to also mark messages “not junk” to help teach your inbox to filter your messages to the right box. If you continue to have a problem contact your local IT helpdesk and please submit a support ticket.
