Dan Pickering is the Chief Investment Officer of Pickering Energy Partners (PEP). PEP manages client assets via energy strategies focused primarily on public markets and private equity. Prior to PEP, Mr. Pickering served as the President of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and Chief Investment Officer of TPH Investment Management. Dan has spent 26 years as an energy portfolio manager, researcher and analyst, first at Fidelity Investments (where he managed ~$1 billion of energy sector funds), then as Head of Research at Simmons & Company and as the founding partner of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Dan currently serves as the portfolio manager of the PEP Energy Equity Opportunities Fund and on the Investment Committee of PEP’s energy co-investment and private equity strategies. He also serves on the Advisory Board’s for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co, the Energy ESG Council, the Houston CFA Society, as well as the Board of Trustees for Texas Children’s Hospital and the Texas Children’s Hospital Foundation. Dan grew up in Missouri, has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Missouri School of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

EVP Policy and Communications, Sunnova Energy Corporation
Meghan Nutting is the Executive Vice President of Policy and Communications at Sunnova Energy Corporation, a leading U.S. residential solar and storage services provider. In this role, she works closely with company and industry leaders, nonprofits, state and federal policymakers, and regulators to craft and implement policies that provide a more stable and sustainable business environment for solar electricity generation. Prior to working at Sunnova, she served as the Director of Policy and Electricity Markets at SolarCity for nearly five years. She has also worked as a Legislative Director for New York State Assembly member Linda Rosenthal and as a Press Secretary for former U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe. Meghan has held policy positions at the World Bank and the British Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as well as a number of environmental organizations. In these positions, Meghan has worked on, advocated for, and impacted a significant number of energy and environment-related issues and policies. She has been named one of the #Solar100 thought leaders in the U.S. and one of the Denver Business Journal’s top women in energy for 2018. She was also a candidate for the Colorado House of Representatives in 2017-18. Meghan received her BA in Biology from Cornell University and her MPA from Princeton University.

Regina Bynote Jones is Chief Legal Officer of Baker Hughes. She joined the company in April 2020.Throughout her career, Jones has held global roles in complex legal environments including assignments based in Europe (Paris, France), Southeast Asia (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) and across the United States.Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Jones served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Delek U.S. Holdings, Inc (NYSE: DK) and Delek Logistics Partners LP (NYSE: DKL). Jones previously worked with Schlumberger Limited, Dynegy Marketing & Trade, Shell Oil Company, and El Paso Energy in varied legal and information technology roles.Jones has a demonstrated commitment to global and local stewardship and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Houston March of Dimes, the board for the Girl Scouts San Jacinto Council (Houston), Child Advocates and as a board member for the State Bar of Texas.She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, General Business from Sam Houston State University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law (with an emphasis in computer and technology law).
